We are a fast-paced, growing, IT consulting company / managed service provider looking for a self starting Level III help desk technician. The candidate must be able to multi task and work on customer IT projects with ease. The perfect candidate will be able to integrate in to, and interact with a dynamic team, as well as effectively and courteously communicate with clients as well as other team members. The ability to lead a team is also a major plus. Diligent documentation and organization skills are a must.

Job / Technical Requirements:

  • 5+ Years Experience Required
  • Previous MSP Experience is a plus
  • Windows Desktop Operating Systems- 7, 8.1, 10 etc
  • Windows Server Operating Systems- Windows Server 2008r2, 2012, 2012r2, 2016, 2019, Active Directory, etc.
  • Excellent Problem Solving / Troubleshooting Skills
  • Microsoft Exchange 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, Office 365
  • VMWare / Hyper-V Virtualization
  • Networking LAN/WAN concepts, structure and equipment
  • Remote Desktop / Terminal Server Experience
  • Server and Desktop Hardware Troubleshooting
  • Firewalls and Network Security
